About Us

Dr. Scott Cuming M.D.

Dr. Cuming has been in private practice since 1978. He is Board Certified in Pediatrics and a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Cuming completed his internship and residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center where he served as Chief Resident during his final year of training. He is a Preceptor for the UTHSCSA Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program and is actively involved in training PNPs. He is a published author on a variety of medical problems.

Dr. Cuming and his wife, Diane, have four wonderful children. Every member of our staff has children. We all understand the needs and demands of children, and we value the joys of raising a family.

Our Staff

Bonnie Kanatzar - Bonnie has served as office manager for the practice for 30 years. She has two children and five grandchildren located here in San Antonio as well as out of state, She enjoys walking, crochet and spending time with her family.

Niccol Bonner - Niccol has more than nine years experience as a pediatric medical assistant. She has three children at home, but cares for each of our patients as if they were her own. She and her husband enjoy watching movies and relaxing with their family.

Natalie Arias - Natalie is a graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio and she has more than three years experience as a medical office administrator. She and her son enjoy the outdoors and being with family and friends.
